The insurance plans described on this website are provided by third-party carriers. Key points:
Roamsurance uses three distinct price states. A verified price is an official published carrier price shown with the conditions it applies to. A standard-profile reference is an official example or captured carrier quote for one documented profile; it is labelled as a standard-profile reference, is not your personal price and is not presented as verified. Personalised pricing means the carrier provides your price on its own site.
A published "from" price or standard-profile reference may not be your final price. Final pricing and policy terms are confirmed by the carrier at quote or checkout and must be checked before buying. Payments are processed by the carrier on its own site. Roamsurance never receives or stores payment-card or bank details.
Roamsurance is being developed and evaluated. Features and the selected comparison set may change. This status does not limit your statutory rights or remove the operator's responsibilities. We may receive referral commissions under agreements with participating carriers; commercial relationships do not determine match rankings.
You may cancel insurance only under the conditions set by your carrier and policy. Billing frequency does not determine cancellation rights: a plan billed monthly may still have a minimum contract term. Check the carrier's policy term, notice period and cancellation conditions directly.

Applicable law and the courts entitled to hear a dispute are determined by the relevant legal rules. Nothing in these terms removes any mandatory consumer protection or right to bring proceedings available to you under applicable law.
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will post the updated date at the top of this page.
